Permanent Placement
Direct hire · Full time

Placed through Tryline, hired by you. The athlete joins your team directly - vetted, briefed, and ready to contribute from day one. No complexity. Just the right person.

Contractor Placement
3–12 months · Part or full time · Converts to permanent

We carry the burden. The athlete is W-2 employed through Tryline - including health insurance - and works with your team for 3 to 12 months. Available between seasons. Can convert to a permanent hire.

Internship Placement
Current players · Between seasons · Flexible schedule

We carry the burden. Current players, available between seasons - flexible around their playing schedule and fully committed when they're with you. W-2 through Tryline, health insurance included.
